After all, where would we be without you? Every job is different and every customer is unique. When we visit your home, it’s all about you: we’ll find out what you need and then use our technical knowledge to establish what will work for your property.
We don’t employ salespeople – you’ll only ever speak to key members of our team, from our first visit right through to completion. You can ask us anything: we pride ourselves on considering every detail.
Fitting doors and windows isn’t the end of the job, either. If you need to contact us, we’re always listening. If you’ve got any questions, we’ll be on hand to answer them.
Materials & Suppliers
We primarily supply and install PVCu windows and doors. We believe PVCu is the best product for the UK domestic market: it doesn’t warp or crack during typical British weather and it’s extremely thermally efficient (which is good news if you’re trying to save money on energy bills).
Our frames are based around a profile made by Kömmerling, an extremely well-regarded German manufacturer that produces solid, reliable products. However, for us, the secret’s inside: we reinforce all our frames with galvanised steel. You can’t tell from the outside but you’ll have the reassurance that your frames are built to last.
We are part of the VEKA recycling programme for old frames and frame offcuts, so we know that anything which hasn’t been used on a project will be repurposed. We’re also part of a glass recycling scheme.
Just as we work hard to build good customer relationships, we’re also on excellent terms with all our suppliers. We frequently collaborate on product design and ask and answer each other’s questions.
The materials we use every day are sourced locally. The bespoke frames themselves are manufactured right here in Norfolk by Genius Trade Frames. Glass comes from RBD (Pilkington Glass) in Great Yarmouth.
