Established in 1985 Eastern Windows Limited is a company built on traditional values where genuine Craftsmen are the backbone of the business. The company remains in the original premises although this has been expanded and incorporates the offices and a small showroom on the same site as the factory where everything is manufactured. The original partners are all working Directors involved in every aspect of the day to day running and have a wealth of experience between them.
We are proud to retain an ‘Old Fashioned Approach’ to the way we do business with our customers and we don’t employ sales people. In fact the Directors always make the initial visit to your home to discuss your requirements and to ensure you get sound advice and guidance from the outset. It is this approach that sets us apart from other companies and gives our customers direct access to someone with a genuine interest and invaluable technical expertise.
This involvement from the top continues through the entire process from initial contact to survey, manufacture and installation giving every customer complete confidence every step of the way. It is no accident either that this approach has served the company well and a significant percentage of the business today is gained by referrals from our many satisfied customers.
